blah
preeetty hectic day- and i still found the energy and enthusiasm to bake bread when i got home..this is the first time i'm actually 95% pleased with the result. (: nothing like a commercial bread though.. not that airy. not exactly very dense also.. my mom loves the crust. my aunt loves the inner 'flesh'. great combo. haha. my granddad, with his eye bandage (just went for eye op), managed to enjoy his dinner of a ham sandwich made with my bread (even tho, accding to my mom, he has to eat 'sick' food lk umm.. porridge.)! XD
